Luggage (both bikes) : Panniers (76 l), Duffel bag (109 l), and Tankbag (25 l)

As for the luggage we plan on taking with us, the list keeps changing. Advice on what to take has been fairly inconsistent, depending on the respective styles of travelling. At this point, the list is about 170 items long and that doesn't even include a minibar.....
Clothing is kept to a minimum, camping equipment, some cooking equipment and pharmaceutical supplies are necessary. The extent of tools and spare parts is still subject to discussion since, at this point, we wouldn't know what to do with them anyway although that will have to be changed before departure.
Then there's the "miscellaneous" category : some of it indispensable, such as cameras, but for some other items, remaining luggage space will be the final judge. We'll see......
